Delivery, Shipping and Product Returns

All goods are delivered via a nationwide courier or road freight service from Distribution Centers in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch. Items will be discretely packaged if delivered to home and will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery will be within 2 days unless delivered inter-island depending on stock holding or a rural delivery.

Returns will be accepted if the product is in sale-able condition and within 30 days of purchase. Email info.nz@pacifichygiene.com for your request to return the goods with reason for the return. Once the product has been received back into store, checked and the request for refund has been approved, a refund may take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot refund freight or any additional incurred costs. Freight on returned goods will be to the cost of the purchaser unless there was an error with the goods delivered in which case we will arrange a collection and replacement.

Warranty

Lille Healthcare stand by the products they sell.  Any faulty or damaged products will be collected and replaced at no charge to the buyer.  If you find any problems please contact Lille Healthcare as soon as possible to rectify.

Payment

All  products may be purchased through the online store using credit card, paypal or any alternative provided services. Unfortunately we cannot process payment s by bank transfer or cash delivery.
